Terms and Conditions of Pure Rental Apartments
The owner of Pure Rental Apartments is Pure Rental Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Inżynierska 39/503, 53-228 Wrocław, Poland. NIP: 8971846264, REGON: 36847273, KRS: 0000698541.
By making a reservation via the website www.purerental.pl, the Client consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the Service Provider’s database. Furthermore, we inform you that on May 25, 2018, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. has always made every effort to protect your personal data. Compliance with the GDPR is naturally aligned with our privacy policy.
Terms of Service Execution:
- A reservation is considered valid upon the payment of a deposit equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- Payments can be made to the following bank account:
- mBank 80 1140 2004 0000 3102 7714 4364 via traditional bank transfer or the Paynow online payment system.
- The entity responsible for processing online card payments is Blue Media S.A.
- The Lessor reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of deposit payment without providing a reason. In such a case, Pure Rental Apartments shall not refund the deposit paid; however, it is possible to change the reservation date (subject to availability).
- Withdrawal from the agreement must be made in writing (to the company’s registered address) or via email to: purerental.wroc@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment unless the consumer has explicitly agreed to a different method that does not incur additional costs.
Complaints:
- Guests have the right to file complaints if they identify any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided or in any other area.
- Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. is obliged to provide services without any defects or shortcomings.
- A complaint may be submitted by the Guest, for example:
- a) in writing to the company’s registered office,
- b) electronically via email to: purerental.wroc@gmail.com
- It is recommended that the Guest includes the following in the complaint description: (1) details and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the issue or defect; (2) contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and expedite the complaint resolution process. These recommendations do not affect the validity of complaints submitted without the suggested content.
- The Owner will respond to the complaint and inform the Guest of the resolution method, especially in writing or via email if the Guest has provided an email address for that purpose. Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. will respond to the complaint within 30 days of its receipt, unless otherwise required by law.
Payment Handling:
Available payment methods: Payment cards – Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro.
The entity responsible for online card payments is Blue Media S.A.
Other Rental Rules:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure day.
- Apartments are rented on a short-term or long-term basis.
- Reservations can be made online at https://purerental.pl.
- A reservation is valid upon the payment of a deposit equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- Payments for stays are non-refundable in case of early departure.
- Reservation changes can be made up to 14 days before the planned stay, only if the apartment is available on the newly proposed dates. No additional fees will apply in such a case.
- If the reservation cannot be changed and the Client cancels, withdraws from the agreement, or fails to appear, Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to retain the deposit.
- Up to 14 days before the planned arrival, the reservation date may be changed free of charge, subject to apartment availability.
- If the Client cancels the agreement for reasons attributable to them, they will bear the full cost of the reservation.
- Reservation changes initiated by Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. are only possible in cases of force majeure that prevent the fulfillment of the service, such as natural disasters or disruptions in utilities (electricity, gas, heating, or water supply). In case of an unresolvable apartment malfunction, the company must propose a new date to the Client or, if the Client does not agree, cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.
- House Rules:
- Small dogs are allowed, subject to a separate pet policy applicable to apartments managed by Pure Rental Sp. z o.o.
- Smoking of tobacco or any other substances is strictly prohibited in the apartments and on balconies. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of 1000 PLN.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused within the facility or the apartment. Damage includes destruction, impairment, or loss of equipment.
- In case of any damage, the Guest is obliged to cover the cost of repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by their children.
- Guests are liable for any damages caused by them. Guests are requested to immediately notify the owners of any damage. Damage assessment is at the discretion of the Owner. The Lessee is responsible for actual losses and lost profits.
- Persons other than those specified in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
- The Client agrees not to exceed the maximum number of guests as stated on the website or in the booking form.
- In the event of a violation of this provision, Pure Rental Sp. z o.o. is entitled to charge the Client for the stay of the unregistered person.
- Guests must notify the Owner of any damage caused or observed.
- Guests must handle the room key, utility room key, or garage remote with due care. In case of loss, a fee of 300 PLN will be charged.
- The facility is not liable for damage to the Guest’s vehicle or for valuables left in the rooms.
- Guests agree to use the apartment solely for residential purposes. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of 1000 PLN.
- If a Guest significantly disturbs the peace or violates the commonly accepted rules of coexistence, the facility reserves the right to terminate their stay without refund for the unused period.
- The Client is obliged to respect the rules of good neighborliness and maintain the apartment in the condition in which it was found.
- The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival.
- Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions.
